Prestige Games Gift Card Policy

Prestige Games offers digital gift cards, which are treated as store credit. Gift cards may only be purchased in person at our retail store counter and are not available for purchase online. Gift cards have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred for monetary return.

All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Prestige Games is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards, and replacements will not be provided under these circumstances.

Gift cards may be used for purchases made both in-store and through our online shop. Store credit from gift cards may also be applied toward our local in-store tournament and event entry fees. Event entry payments using store credit must be made in person at our retail counter.

Store credit cannot be used for any automated advanced payment policies or online pre-order queues, as the customer must be physically present at our counter to present their digital gift card code for the store credit deduction.

Because our store enforces a strict, final-sale policy, purchases made with a gift card are generally non-returnable. If an item qualifies for a mandatory legal exception under Ontario law or meets our conditional criteria, any approved remedy will be issued as store credit only. No refunds will be issued to cash, debit, or credit cards for purchases made using gift cards.

Prestige Games reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit the use of gift cards if fraud, misuse, automated bot activity, or violation of our policies is suspected.
