Prestige Games enforces a strict, final-sale policy on all merchandise once it leaves our storefront or is shipped from our facility. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. A conditional store credit swap is available exclusively for select factory-sealed items before they leave our retail counter, ensuring the product never leaves our sight and remains untampered.
